May 2020: calf raises

June 2020: abs (optional yoga block)

July 2020: cardio

August 2020: lower body

September 2020: arms

October 2020: squat

November 2020: plank (three variations: standing, forearm, traditional)

 

December 2020: pretzel (two variations)

January 2021: lunge

February 2021: hip flexors (chair)

March 2021: squat/cardio

April 2021: abs

May 2021: lower body

June 2021: arms (optional resistance band)

July 2021: full body

August 2021: side lying

September 2021: calf raises

October 2021: squat

November 2021: glute bridge (optional resistance band)
