November 2020: plank (three variations: standing, forearm, traditional), arms (optional weights), chair squat, abs

 

December 2020: pretzel (two variations), lower body, squat, hip flexors (chair)

January 2021: lunge, upper body, abs, glute bridge

February 2021: diamond plie, full body, chair squat, glutes

March 2021: squat/cardio, arms, clamshell, reverse chair

April 2021: glutes/abs, lower body, hinged chair, lunge

May 2021: lower body (optional resistance band), squat, arms (optional weights), glutes

June 2021: chair squat, calf raises, squat, plank

July 2021: full body, glute bridge, side lying, full body

August 2021: lower body, squat (optional ball), lunge, arms (optional weights)

September 2021: diamond plie, core/glutes, squat, abs (optional ball)

October 2021: glute bridge (optional resistance band), arms (optional yoga block and weights), lunge/chair squat, full body (optional weights)

November 2021: squat/lunge, standing glute (optional ball), calf raises, clamshell (optional resistance band)

Full classes are ~45 minutes long. If you're not sure how to format a barre workout on your own (or if you don't want to search for the individual tracks), this will be a great resource for you!
