This 6-week course is designed for anyone who wants to establish and continue some good (and sustainable) movement habits. You'll have two longer programmed workouts plus one light cardio day each week. It's a great program to help you get back into exercising, or to get started on your fitness journey! It's also the perfect step up from Movement & Mobility: Intro. You'll receive 12-month access to the program in the TrainHeroic app.

 

Recommended equipment: 

  • 2 light weights (between 3-8 lbs is a good place to start for many people)
  • 2 medium weights (between 10-20 lbs is a good place to start for many people)
  • 1 light to medium resistance band (like in this set)
  • 1 medium to heavy long resistance loop (like in this set)
  • pvc pipe or broomstick
  • yoga block
  • foam roller
