This 4-week course is designed for beginners who want to establish some good (and sustainable) movement habits. You'll have three quick programmed workouts plus two light cardio days each week. It's the perfect program to help you get back into exercising, or to get started on your fitness journey! You'll receive 12-month access to the program in the TrainHeroic app.

 

Recommended equipment: 

  • 1-2 light to medium weights (between 5-15 lbs is a good place to start for many people)
  • 2 light to medium resistance bands (like in this set)
  • 1 medium to heavy long resistance loop (like in this set)
  • pvc pipe or broomstick
  • dishtowel
