This 4-week course is designed for beginners who want to establish some good (and sustainable) movement habits. You'll have three quick programmed workouts plus 2 light cardio days each week. It's the perfect program to help you get back into exercising, or to get started on your fitness journey! You'll receive 12-month access to the program in the TrainHeroic app.

 

Recommended equipment: 

  • 1-2 light to medium weights (between 5-15 lbs is a good place to start for many people)
  • 2 light to medium resistance bands (like in this set)
  • 1 pvc pipe or broomstick
  • 1 dishtowel
  • 1 medium to heavy long resistance loop (like in this set)
