Recommended Equipment (optional)
Barre: This is the barre that is in most of my videos. You can also use a chair, counter, or sturdy railing.

Band: I love using resistance bands; while you can certainly do all of these workouts without one, I think you'll love the extra burn from a band!
​
Block: If you don't have a yoga block, feel free to use a book or similarly shaped object!
​
Weights: I use 2 lb weights; you can also use water bottles, cans of soup, or plenty of other household items.
​
Ball: The ball can add a fun extra challenge to tracks, whether for balance, stability, or added resistance.
